Meetings and Events

Drop-Ins are social meetings are held at various venues around the city; please refer to dates further down this page or in the latest issue of the quarterly magazine for specific details. They are free and open to all (members and non-members). Why not come along and meet some new people or catch-up with those you know?

Information Sessions will usually be held at a venue where information and awareness displays are being shown. They are an opportunity to pop along and request information, and are particularly useful for the newly diagnosed. (Please note we cannot guarantee seating availability at these locations/venues.)

We understand it can be hard to walk into a room of new people. One of our current members would be happy to meet you informally before a meeting, for a cup of tea and a chat about how the group runs. Please contact the office and we can arrange this.

Library Days: Please note that these are no longer fixed to certain days a month. We appreciate that not everyone can make it into the office on set days, given the fluctuating natures of ME and Fibromyalgia, so if you would like to browse the books, DVDs and CDs in the library, you can come in on any day the office is open: please just phone the office first to check it is convenient.
