We are looking for a Welfare Benefits Adviser to work alongside the Senior Benefits Adviser, providing welfare benefits advice to people affected by ME/CFS, fibromyalgia and long Covid; this includes those living with these illnesses, carers and their families.

We endeavour to improve people’s financial situation more widely, especially due to the cost of living crisis, so you will be offered the opportunity to create resources and host drop-in sessions for members.

Hours: 15 - 20 per week - flexible working days available.

Salary: £26,282 FTE: £11,232 (pro rata for 15 hours) - £14,967 (pro rata for 20 hours). We offer a 5% employer pension contribution.

Start date: As soon as possible.

For more information, including how to apply, please see our job description and person specification

Deadline: Midday, Monday 12 January 2026
